   I have been getting full highlights for over 20 years now and have experienced all levels of service from quick and inexpensive to long and very high end. I can say with great enthusiasm that my highlights done by Lucia are the best I have ever received! My hair looks so beautiful and this beauty lasts! The color is always so perfect and my hair has texture and does not feel brittle as it has with other stylists. I don’t know about you, all I know is Lucia Gabriela is my beauty consultant for life!
